An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a service purchased by an employer, organization or corporation to enhance their benefit package. EAP services are made available to each employee and members of their immediate family free of charge.
Employers choose an EAP to assure their workplace in emotionally sound, resilient and productive.
Organizations are at risk when employees are distressed or distracted
Bayside Associates will offer employees voluntary screenings for common emotional stressors and providing short-term counseling.
Upon request, Bayside Associates will offer on-site seminars to address workplace issues such as effective communication skills, anger management, cultural diversity, or management of grief. Trainings can be customized to meet the needs of your organization and your staff.
Bayside Associates will consult with supervisory staff when an employee has a visible decline in productivity that may be due to serious emotional illness, a physical decline, a family matter, an addictive disorder or another distressing concern. The staff of Bayside Associates will provide timely, appropriate interventions and will monitor progress.
